    1. Hi Barry

There is plenty of new developments ready for occupancy and in the works in Scottsdale. Unfortunately, new units start around the 300K price. If you are looking in the Scottsdale area my advice is look at gated (lock and leave) units that are newer or well-kept up. That option will have limited units to choose from but you will find 2 beds perfect for lock and leave. Now if you open up your search into Phoenix, Tempe, Chandler, etc. you will be able to find new units. You have a few downtown Phoenix developments selling brand new 1 bedroom’s units.

This is a rough first draft of what is available – Copy&Paste = http://www.flexmls.com/cgi-bin/view.cgi?17uffr3berz9&s=12&id=1&cid=1
